About Christian Vegara
Christian Vegara
is a partner in the M&A Tax team in PwC Spain. He has more than 15 years’ experience advising on major M&A inbound and outbound transactions and alternative funds formation as tax specialist. He has a degree in law and postgraduate degree in Tax Advice by Universidad de Navarra, and an LLM in Global Business Law by La Trobe University (Melbourne). He has been trained in accounting at Centro de Estudios Financieros and Tax Groups at ESADE. He co-operates with the Chamber of Commerce of Zaragoza in an executive training programme.
