About Christianne Grace F. Salonga

Christianne Grace F. Salonga is a partner in CMT’s Corporate and Commercial Law Group. Her practice focuses on capital markets, securities regulation, competition, and corporate and commercial law. She has advised on IPOs and follow-on offerings involving companies in the food production, technology retail, semiconductor manufacturing and consumer goods sectors. Her regulatory practice includes cross-border financial products, ISDA documentation and derivatives transactions. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney.
