About Christoph Nolden

Christoph Nolden is a partner at SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz and advises on corporate, capital markets and public takeover law. In secondments to investment and hedge funds in New York and London, he gained practical experience in strategic investment decisions and arbitrage transactions. Christoph has a particular focus on cross-border transactions, in particular takeovers, and advises both listed companies and investors on capital markets and governance issues. He has extensive experience in the management of general meetings of listed companies and in the structuring and implementation of conversions, recapitalisations, squeeze-outs and other corporate actions.
