He counsels promoters and managers on operational issues and advises on regulatory issues affecting funds and their managers, as well as on corporate, securities and partnership law issues. Chris has participated in the UK Financial Services Authority’s Legal Experts Group, has been an active participant on various AIMA and other industry committees and recently co-authored a chapter on “United Kingdom Considerations”, focusing on hedge funds.
