Claire Sergaki is a partner at Dryllerakis Law Firm. Claire specialises in international and domestic arbitration. She has advised and represented companies and State-owned entities in arbitrations under the ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA, ICSID and Greek arbitration rules. Claire’s track record demonstrates significant experience in disputes arising in the energy, construction, financial and gambling sectors, as well as in disputes relating to concession agreements and defence sector agreements. She also represents clients in arbitration-related court proceedings, including proceedings for the setting aside, recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards. Before joining the Firm, Claire gained experience in international commercial and investment arbitration at leading international law firms in Paris and London.
