About Claudia Löschhorn

Claudia Löschhorn is a co-founding partner at Aginom. With over 20 years’ experience in technology law and as a Certified AI Governance Professional (AIGP, IAPP), she advises on AI governance and regulation, technology transactions, data, cybersecurity and digital regulatory matters. Prior to co-founding the firm in 2025, she began her legal career at Freshfields before advising on technology and regulatory matters in senior in-house legal roles at Commerzbank, EMC and Dell Technologies. Drawing on a private practice foundation and the commercial judgement gained through hands-on experience in Big Tech and regulated financial services, she delivers practical, strategic legal counsel.
