About Claudio Partesotti

Claudio Partesotti is an IP/ICT and data protection attorney, certified ISO/IEC 42001:2023 auditor/lead auditor for management systems for artificial intelligence. Admitted to the Milan Bar, he is of counsel at ICTLC. He advises clients on domestic and cross-border legal matters, primarily in the areas of intellectual property, AI, ICT contracts, media and new technologies. He is a published author of legal publications and frequent keynote speaker on IP, AI and ICT topics and has held temporary university teaching positions. He is an alumnus of the 44th Annual Academy of American and International Law and a former member of the Board of Arbitrators of Assintel.
