César Espert Rodríguez is a partner at EJASO, specialising in corporate and contractual law, M&A, venture capital, innovative business and technology transfer projects. He has broad experience in advising companies and venture capital funds specialising in deep tech and tech transfer, and in advising public universities and institutes on transferring their knowledge to spin-offs. César has led transactions in the technology sector, including the sale of Spanish companies to multinational groups and venture capital investment processes.
