About César Joel Linares Rodríguez

César Joel Linares Rodríguez is a partner at LMV - Central Law, specialising in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution, with experience in civil, commercial, administrative, labour, real estate and public procurement disputes. He holds a Law Degree, Magna Cum Laude, and Master’s degrees in Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Administrative Law and Economic Regulation, complemented by specialised studies in international commercial and construction arbitration. He serves as an arbitrator at CIES Peru and the Court of Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santiago. He is a member of DRBF, ALDEC, IBA, ALARB, and the Dominican Bar Association.
