About Amy Lim Yun Jin

Amy Lim Yun Jin has a practice focusing on IP and dispute resolution, with experience spanning commercial disputes, debt recovery, employment matters and insurance claims. She provides advisory services across the full IP lifecycle, including prosecution, licensing, enforcement and brand protection, as well as drafting agreements such as co-existence, licensing, SaaS and shareholder arrangements. She has assisted in complex commercial and IP-related disputes, including multi-million-dollar litigation and strategic settlements. Amy also advises on brand management and cross-border IP protection. She holds a law degree from Multimedia University as a Great Eastern Scholarship Supremacy Award recipient and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019.
