About Amelia O’Beirne

Amelia O’Beirne is a partner in A&L Goodbody’s tax department. She has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on transactional matters, including public and private company M&A, debt and equity capital markets transactions and complex cross-border financing transactions, and on contentious matters such as tax authority enquiries and international tax disputes. Amelia regularly assists clients with resolving transfer pricing and other tax treaty-related issues through competent authority processes and the negotiation of advance pricing agreements. She has extensive experience in advising US multinationals on cross-border tax matters, having spent three years in the firm’s New York office. Amelia represents a broad spectrum of clients in various industry sectors, including life sciences, technology, financial services and aircraft leasing.
