About Amit Bindra

Amit Bindra serves as managing partner and head of litigation at The Prinz Law Firm, directing strategy on complex business and employment litigation. He has cultivated a specialised practice in restrictive covenants and trade secrets and was a lead author of an amendment to the Illinois Freedom to Work Act, significantly reforming how restrictive covenants are litigated in Illinois. Amit is also an active arbitrator and mediator, bringing a meticulous eye and measured approach to his work, and previously served as an adjunct law professor of appellate writing and oral advocacy at Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
