About Antonia Silva

Antonia Silva is an expert on competition law at Cuatrecasas, focusing particularly on litigation before the Chilean Competition Court and Supreme Court, as well as on investigations and merger control before the FNE. Her academic background includes a specialisation in European and Spanish competition law at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles in Madrid. She graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad de Chile in 2020. She is also a teaching assistant for the Economic Law, Competition Law and Market Regulation courses at Universidad de Chile.
