About Antonio Borjas

Antonio Borjas is a senior associate in Broseta’s Commercial Law and Privacy, IT and Digital Environments practices, specialising in information technology, data protection, privacy and digital regulation. He advises clients on legal and regulatory matters arising from the development and use of new technologies, including artificial intelligence, as well as on compliance and information security matters. He is a certified Data Protection Officer under the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s (AEPD) certification scheme, holds the CESCOM Compliance Certification and a specialisation in Compliance from IEB, and has lectured on data protection for the Spanish Association of Privacy Professionals (APEP).
