About Antonio Paredes

Antonio Paredes is a partner at ZADAL. He has a strong and well-established practice in debt finance, with particular expertise in financing transactions, including direct lending, NPL portfolios, corporate and real estate finance, M&A-related financing, restructurings, and project finance. He began his career at Cuatrecasas, where he spent 12 years in the Debt Finance department in Madrid. He later joined ZADAL to found its Debt Finance department. Antonio is a lecturer on the Master’s in International Advocacy programme at Universidad Carlos III of Madrid and also teaches on the Law Degree programme. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
