is a partner in the firm and has around 14 years of experience in advising clients on TMT laws, competition laws and international trade/ WTO laws. She advises clients on various legal-regulatory issues and assists in obtaining regulatory approvals and licenses from the relevant ministries/departments, such as the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting among others. Anu advises on privacy and data protection laws; and issues relating to cloud, IoTs/IIoTs, virtual reality, augmented reality. She works on policy-related issues with clients and government. She also advises/assists on Other Service Provider (OSP) registration and related issues, including pre/post-registration compliances, inspection of OSP sites and representation before various TERM Cells.
