Ana Paula Bialer is a lawyer and public policy expert with recognised experience in the areas of technology, telecommunications, and audiovisual media. She is an expert in privacy and data protection, holding CIPP-E certification from the IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals) and a DPO certification from the European Centre on Privacy and Cybersecurity (ECPC) at Maastricht University, where she also holds AI Trust and Safety Officer certification. She is a member of the National Data Protection Council to the ANPD as well as of the National Cybersecurity Committee (CN-Ciber), within the scope of the Chamber of Foreign Affairs and National Defense of the Federal Government Council. She has published books and articles on topics related to her field of expertise.
