About Ana Torres

Ana Torres is a senior legal partner in the Barcelona office of PwC and the head of the Spanish funds and investment management practice in Spain. With over two decades focused on investment funds, she specialises primarily in the structuring of private funds and in advising the major national and international fund managers, promoters and investors on structuring, marketing and the subsequent investment and divestment stages, covering all the legal needs of such vehicles from set-up to liquidation. She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Barcelona) and contributor to SPAINCAP.
