About Ana Nicoleta Andreiana

Ana Nicoleta Andreiana is a Partner at Loyens & Loeff in our Corporate Practice Group and co-head of our Luxembourg Restructuring practice. She works across the full deal lifecycle, combining front end transactional expertise with deep restructuring experience. She acts on domestic and cross border restructurings, distressed M&A, liability management exercises, complex capital solutions and alternative investments. In parallel, her transactional practice covers corporate M&A and private equity buyouts, joint ventures, and exit transactions, often with complex, cross border elements. She advises corporates, private equity funds and other financial investors on structuring, execution and corporate/securities law issues, drawing on significant finance and capital markets experience.
