About Anamaria Bota

Anamaria Bota is a partner at Chiriță și Asociații and a licensed insolvency practitioner, with a practice spanning corporate law, insolvency and restructuring, commercial litigation, and real estate. Since 2011, she has advised and represented a wide range of clients – from entrepreneurs to multinational companies – across sectors including broadcast media (radio and television), construction, transport, and energy, handling both non-contentious mandates and complex disputes before all levels of the Romanian courts. She is active as a conference speaker and author/contributor to legal publications, and also serves as chair of the Legal Commission within the National Union of Romanian Employers, supporting the legal interests of a broad business community.
