Andjela Parezanovic
is an associate in Moalem Weitemeyer’s banking and finance practice and works closely together with Morten Krogsgaard. She joined the firm in 2023 after graduating from the University of Copenhagen. Andjela works on a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition financing, investment grade lending and more complex structured financings, often in a cross-border context.
