About Andrés Jana

Andrés Jana is a founding partner at Jana & Gil Dispute Resolution. He obtained his LLM from Harvard University and graduated from the Law School of the Universidad de Chile. He has vast experience as counsel, arbitrator and expert in international disputes involving commercial, investment and international public law issues before major arbitral institutions, ad hoc tribunals and domestic courts in different jurisdictions. Jana has recently been named vice-president of the ICC’s International Court of Arbitration based in Paris for its 2021–24 session. He has also been a professor of private law at the Universidad de Chile since 1997.
