Andrew ANG is the head of the Corporate group at WongPartnership, which predominantly encompasses the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, the Corporate Real Estate practice and the Antitrust & Competition practice. He is also co-head of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice and is a partner in the Private Equity practice. His main practice areas are local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and privatisations, as well as private equity investments.
