Andrew Fawcett is a partner in Al Tamimi’s Digital & Data team based in the Abu Dhabi office. Among other things, Andrew is a telecoms regulatory specialist working across the region for regulators, telecoms operators and technology vendors on key regulatory matters. He has led several high-profile digital transformation legislative drafting projects. In addition, he regularly advises clients on a broad range of technology matters with a particular focus on data privacy, cybersecurity and telematics.
