About Andrea Campana

Andrea Campana is a partner at K&L Gates’ Milan office. He handles a wide variety of complex domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration matters, including real estate, corporate, financial, bankruptcy and general commercial disputes. He represents clients in government enforcements and regulatory investigations, as well as in criminal prosecutions. He also assists clients in preventing and remedying corporate misconduct, supports them in sensitive internal investigations and provides advice on corporate compliance (including Law 231). Andrea also has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate transactions and in the negotiation of commercial agreements.
