About Andreas Binder

Andreas Binder is a partner at Binder Legal and advises companies and entrepreneurs in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and corporate governance. He holds a doctorate in law (PhD) and a degree in economics. Since 1984, he has been working as a business lawyer. In 2004, he was appointed Honorary Professor at the University of St.Gallen. In his capacity as chair and member of various boards of directors of industrial, commercial and financial companies, Andreas Binder has acquired extensive experience and expertise from a corporate perspective. Since 2013, he has been a member of the Conference Board’s European Council on Corporate Governance.
