About André Miranda

André Miranda is the co-managing partner and head of private clients with over 20 years of experience in public and regulatory law and private clients. He previously served in government as legal adviser, chief of staff and director general for justice policy. He advises companies and public institutions on complex regulatory matters and has led high-impact litigation. His private clients work spans global relocation, investment, taxation and family matters, supporting clients from dozens of jurisdictions. He has also served on Portugal’s High Council for the Public Prosecution and twice on the Supreme Judicial Council.
