About Andrés Jaramillo

Andrés Jaramillo is the founding senior partner of JGA Abogados S.A.S. and has practised entertainment and audiovisual law since 2014. He specialises in co-production structuring, business affairs, IP licensing and investment vehicles for the audiovisual sector across Latin America, Europe and the United States. He has deep expertise in Colombian cinematographic incentive law (Ley 814, CINA/Ley 1556, CoCrea/Ley 1955) and advises on structured investment vehicles for international co-productions. Andrés is a faculty member at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión (EICTV) in Cuba and is the author of Cine al Derecho and Cultura al Derecho. He is a member of the Colombian Bar.
