Andrés Sepúlveda
is the director of litigation at ICMS and has extensive experience as a litigant in arbitration, civil, commercial, bankruptcy and consumer protection matters. He attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2009) and has an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley (2017). Andrés is also a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
