About Andy Kelana

Andy Kelana is one of the founding partners of AKHH. Andy’s oil and gas practice started in the early 1990s advising Humpuss Group in various oil and gas projects in Indonesia, including advising PT Humpuss Patragas in its negotiation of the Cepu technical assistance contract with Pertamina and the subsequent farm out to ExxonMobil. Andy recently assisted a consortium comprising a Chinese EPC contractor and an Indonesian energy company negotiating a PSC with SKK MIGAS. Andy also advises clients on floating storage and regasification unit projects, including in the extension of the Time Charter Party for the FSRU Nusantara Regas.
