About Anette Beyer

Anette Beyer is co-head of the intellectual property group at Bentata Abogados. Her practice spans trade mark, patent, industrial design and copyright matters, including prosecution, portfolio management, enforcement and litigation, with particular emphasis on complex trade mark litigation. Anette regularly represents clients across industries in disputes before the Patent and Trademark Office, Contentious-Administrative Courts, Civil Courts and the Supreme Court. She also advises on IP-related transactional matters, including advertising, licensing, technology transactions, assignments and the commercialisation of IP assets.
