About Angela Vania Rustandi

Angela Vania Rustandi is UMBRA’s youngest counsel and co-heads the firm’s Law and Policy Focus Group. With a background in environmental law and sustainability, she advises clients on energy transition, carbon trading, and ESG matters within Indonesia’s evolving regulatory landscape. Her experience includes representing leading public and private sector institutions in transactional and advisory matters related to sustainability and energy transition. Vania is also actively involved in policy development, regulatory drafting, and collaborations with ministries, NGOs, and state-owned enterprises. She is a member of the Association of Carbon Emission Experts Indonesia.
