Angelica Schwarz
is a tax partner at Kellerhals Carrard. She has many years of experience advising companies and investors on complex tax matters, both nationally and internationally. She advises on all tax aspects of financing transactions. Through her part-time work as a judge at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Aargau, she has acquired broad and in-depth expertise, which she skilfully applies for the benefit of her clients. Angelica wrote her doctoral thesis in tax law.
