Ani Avetikyan is a senior lawyer, bringing extensive experience from her previous roles as an in-house lawyer at the Central Depository of Armenia and the Nork Group of Companies. She specialises in corporate law, contract negotiation, and litigation, with a significant emphasis on identifying and mitigating regulatory and legal risks for both domestic and international clients. Her career progression includes supporting strategic decision-making and the efficient management of day-to-day business operations across leading industrial groups. Ani holds an LLM from the National Academy of Sciences and is a licensed member of the Armenian Bar Association.
