About Anmol Mahajan

Anmol Mahajan is an associate in the Corporate practice at JSA and has been with the firm since the start of his legal career. He advises domestic and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and a broad range of corporate advisory matters. Anmol has worked on transactions across sectors including consumer goods, food and beverages, hospitality, manufacturing, technology and renewable energy. He regularly assists multinational corporations, founders and investors with transaction structuring, due diligence, regulatory strategy and negotiations. His practice encompasses both domestic and cross-border transactions involving Indian businesses.
