She represents parties in national and international arbitrations as well as private enforcement cases. Anna-Maria has experience in mediating, arbitrating and litigating high-stakes commercial disputes often consisting of multi-jurisdictional and parallel proceedings in the fields of general commercial law, international sales, post-M&A, international investment law, competition law, energy and telecoms. Anna-Maria also acts as an arbitrator in international and domestic disputes. She is a member of the Finnish Bar Association, the New York State Bar, the Finnish Arbitration Association, the Swedish Arbitration Association and the LCIA European Users’ Council. She is a member of the ICC Court as of 2018 and has represented Finland at the ICC as a member of the Commission on Arbitration and ADR from 2014-18. She is also a member of the Civil Litigation Expert Committee of the Finnish Bar Association.
