About Anna Maria Desiderà

Anna Maria Desiderà recently joined VILDE as a partner and head of the firm’s Padua office. She is a long-time member of the Italian Bar, qualified to practise before the higher courts. She is an experienced lawyer in all areas of public law, with well-established experience both in litigation and out of court, and with specific expertise in the energy, public procurement and public incentives sectors. During her professional career, she has assisted both private and public entities (Italian and foreign) in relevant litigation before the regional administrative courts and the Council of State. She is frequently invited as a speaker at numerous industry conferences and has authored several specialised articles.
