About Annina Fey

Annina Fey is part of the Real Estate team at Niederer Kraft Frey. She advises and represents national and international investors, financial institutions, corporations, and private clients primarily in the areas of real estate, construction and spatial planning law, public law, environmental and energy law, and tenancy law. Her advisory work particularly includes drafting contracts for transactions and construction and development projects. She works both in litigation and advisory roles. She is a recognised specialist in public law/construction law, including heritage protection and completed her doctoral dissertation on “Balancing Interests in Heritage Protection”.
