About Aaron Level

Aaron Level is a senior associate at Bowery Legal, where he advises emerging companies, venture capital investors and technology companies across the full start-up life cycle. He brings several years of experience from Cooley LLP, where he developed a broad practice spanning formation, early-stage and growth financings, and exit transactions. Aaron holds a JD/LLMLE from Duke University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. He joined Bowery Legal out of a passion for working alongside founders at the earliest stages of company-building and guiding them as their companies grow.
