Aarthi regularly handles M&A (including cross-border) and venture capital transactions in technology and life sciences, including AI, SaaS, iPaaS, cybersecurity, ed tech, IoT, fintech, cleantech, semiconductors, connected vehicles, biotech, digital health, telemedicine and medical devices deals, as well as joint ventures/public-private partnerships and impact investment deals involving social enterprises (eg, benefit corporations/B Corps).
