Abdelrahman El Sherif is an associate in ADSERO’s mergers & acquisitions and capital markets department. He advises clients on a broad range of M&A, capital markets, corporate and commercial matters, including regulatory compliance, financial structuring, corporate governance and antitrust matters. Abdelrahman has experience assisting clients on complex transactions, with a particular focus on legal due diligence, legal research, transaction structuring, and the drafting and review of transaction documents.
