About Abdullah Al Aufi

Abdullah Al Aufi is an associate at K&Co. and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He holds an LLB from Sultan Qaboos University and is licensed before the Primary Courts in Oman. His practice covers international arbitration, commercial litigation, and construction and real estate disputes, and he has been involved in over 20 arbitration matters relating to development and infrastructure projects conducted under ICC and UNCITRAL rules. Abdullah has served as Secretary to arbitral tribunals in two international arbitrations, each exceeding USD52 million, managing procedural timelines and tribunal processes to international standards.
