Abdullatif Alheraish is a partner at Mohammed AlDhabaan & Partners Eversheds Sutherland and head of the Regulatory and Policy practice in Riyadh, with over 22 years’ experience prior to joining the firm in 2017. He advises government and private sector clients on legislation, sports law, institutional transformation and large-scale workforce restructuring, giving him strong employment-related expertise. He has contributed to the development of key Saudi laws and regulatory frameworks, overseen transformation projects for more than 13 government entities, and served on grievance committees handling employment and regulatory disputes.
