About Abdulmajeed Alhogbani

Abdulmajeed Alhogbani is an associate director at KN&P in Riyadh. He advises clients on capital markets, corporate mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and fund structuring, acting for issuers, financial institutions, sponsors and investors on transactions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider region. Before joining the firm, he spent six years at law firms in New York City and Washington, DC, where he represented major financial institutions and publicly listed companies. A Georgetown graduate, Abdulmajeed holds a J.D. and an LL.M. and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
