Aboubacar Fall
is a member of the Senegal Bar Association (West Africa) and a former member of the Paris Bar Association (France). For more than 30 years, Aboubacar Fall has acquired solid experience in maritime law and maritime policy in general, and in ship arrest matters in particular. He has published numerous articles in journals and publications specialising in maritime law, including Le Droit Maritime Français (DMF), the Revue de Droit commercial, Maritime et Fiscal (Scapel), IBA Maritime Transport Committee Newsletter, among others.
