About Adam Gerchick

Adam Gerchick is an associate with DLA Piper’s US transportation practice, where he advises aviation and maritime clients on regulatory and transactional matters and disputes. Adam specialises in airport regulation and agreements and has represented over 100 airport owners and operators, from high-volume general aviation facilities to the largest international hubs. Adam has also represented clients in numerous judicial and administrative cases, including in constitutional litigation, FAA compliance investigations and a major DOT consumer-protection rulemaking. In addition, Adam has served as bond, disclosure and underwriter’s counsel in several large airport bond offerings.
