is a partner who is the head of capital markets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He is a dual-qualified New York and English law adviser in connection with Rule 144A and SEC-registered offerings, and private placements of international debt (primarily high yield) and equity (including IPOs, rights issues and block trades), as well as SEC reporting and other compliance matters, involving companies, investors, major financial institutions and trustees around the globe. Adam, who has a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School, also regularly advises creditors, issuers, dealer managers and trustees in cross-jurisdictional liability management and restructurings. He is a council member of the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law and a board member of the High Yield Bond Division at the Association for Financial Markets in Europe.
