About Aditya Chatterjee

Aditya Chatterjee is a partner at Keystone Partners who specialises in complex civil and commercial litigation. He regularly serves as counsel in both international and domestic arbitrations and is frequently retained for cross-examinations in court trials and arbitrations. He appears before various forums in Delhi and Bangalore, including the Supreme Court of India and the High Courts of Delhi and Karnataka. His clients span the hospitality, FMCG, food and beverage, infrastructure, and defence sectors. Aditya graduated from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, and holds an LLM from UC Berkeley. He is a member of the Bar Council of Karnataka and is a registered practitioner in DIFC, Dubai.
