About Ahmed Ammar

Ahmed Ammar joined Zaki Hashem, Attorneys at Law, in 2023 as an associate in the capital markets and corporate procedures department. He specialises in corporate law, capital markets (both equity and debt), non-banking financial entities and fintech. Ahmed has been an integral part of the teams advising on MTOs, bond issuances and FRA licensing. Ahmed holds an LLB from Cairo University (English Section) and an LLM from Ain Shams University. He is also admitted to practice before the preliminary courts.
