About Aida Araceli G. Roxas-Rivera

Aida Araceli G. Roxas-Rivera is a senior partner in the corporate and commercial law group of CMT and heads the firm’s retainer, corporate governance and regulation, and gaming practice groups. She advises local and foreign clients on investments in the Philippines, including business establishment, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, and government relations. Her practice covers transactions and engagements involving the SEC, DTI, BOI, PEZA, BSP, NTC, PAGCOR and PCSO, among others. Aida also has extensive experience in contract negotiation and implementation. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines in 1995 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1996.
